What Is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching approaches personal growth and development by focusing on the whole body. This means we work with the body's sensations and energy, along with the mind. A somatic approach helps create a fuller understanding of the insights you gain during sessions and a stronger connection to those insights. This deeper connection can lead to:
