Rest & Restore: A Mind-Body Reset for Caregivers
In the constant rhythm of caring for others—whether kids, parents, clients, patients, or students—it’s easy to forget about that care that you need. This free group session offers a moment of pause for caregivers—an opportunity to step out of your busy mind and reconnect with your body with kindness and gratitude.
Through a gentle guided somatic practice, you’ll tune into your physical sensations and cultivate self-compassion, even for the parts of you that feel tired or achy. This will be followed by 15 minutes of intentional breathwork focused on bringing love into your heart to restore your energy. This practice can help restore balance, ease stress, and nurture the caregiver within you.
