This is a FREE somatic group session designed for parents, nurses, teachers, and other caregivers.
In the constant rhythm of caring for others—whether kids, parents, clients, patients, or students—it’s easy to forget about the care that you need. This free group session offers a moment of pause for caregivers—an opportunity to step out of your busy mind and reconnect with your body with kindness and gratitude.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The session will be 60 minutes and will include:
• A gentle guided somatic practice: You’ll tune into your physical sensations and cultivate self-compassion, even for the parts of you that feel tired or achy.
• 15 minutes of intentional breathwork focused on bringing love into your heart to restore your energy. This practice can help restore balance, ease stress, and nurture the caregiver within you.
